We take 2–3 working days to make and pack your order (Monday–Friday, no weekends/Bank Holidays)
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on public holidays will start being processed the next working day
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way — with tracking details ✅

We ship to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands — no international shipping at this time.

Address check: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can’t change it once your order is dispatched
Safe place: Add instructions at checkout if you’d like it left somewhere specific — e.g. “Leave by the porch”
Tracking: Follow your order via the link in your dispatch email — it updates every step of the way
Delays: We do our very best to keep to the times above, but very occasionally weather or courier delays can happen — we’ll always keep you posted

Damaged: Let us know within 48 hours of delivery — send a quick photo and we’ll sort it
Lost: If confirmed lost in transit → replacement or full refund, no hassle
No show: Still not arrived after 7 working days from dispatch? Drop us an email and we’ll track it down
